Recently we chanted that the Florida-based Kamelot band made a new album and a video clip to which a new guest singer was also contracted.
This time, they had their choice to the singer of Once Human, Lauren Hart, who is not only involved on the album but also accompanies the tour. The Beyond The Black’s singer Jennifer Haben and Sascha Paet are also featured on the new album.
The new album will be released on the shelves of the stores on April 6, under the title, The Shadow Theory via Napalm Records.
The new song’s lyric video has already been released by the band, but the full video clip, which is the first chapter of a multi-part story, has just came out.
The band wrote the following thoughts on the clip, which we can watch on the publisher’s YouTube Channel:
“It’s time to enter the dystopian and psychological world of Shadow theory, and the Kamelot is back with a song called “Phantom Divine” with a vision of a bilingual inspiration. In the not too distant future, our memories and thoughts are subtracted and transferred to synthetic AI (Artificial Intelligence) our bodies are no longer needed, and finally they are thrown away. In the “Phantom Divine” we look at the vision of a world where AI comes to our place. Welcome to the Shadow Industries Transference Division … Welcome to Phantom Divine (Shadow Empire)!”
Following the highly successful album “Haven” (#1 on the Hard Rock Billboard), KAMELOT releases a large-scale album entitled “The Shadow Theory”. The Shadow Theory was produced by Sascha Paeth and mixed by Jacob Hansen. It has been a massive job that gives more to critics and fans alike. The wonderful cover was created by Stefan Heilemann.
