In 2016, the news that Liv Kristine and the Leaves’ Eyes have exploded have become a bomb, but it was further explained by the fact that at the same time the new singer was introduced at the beginning of the 2000s formed band. Liv said during an interview that all this was behind her, but the guys all said the opposite.
The Norwegian singer talked about her many plans in an interview, but she also answered any questions about her previous band. As you know, Leaves’ Eyes is named about the singer, so she had reason to expect from her associates that after being dismissed, the band would continue her work under another name:
“Yes, I think this would have been the right decision, as mentioned earlier. As soon as I got the news that Elina was going to change me and that she was ready for the Leaves’ Eyes tour, I was hoping to change the name of the band and create a new concept.”
-said Liv, who also said that she was terribly sad that her compositions had been written off without her:
“Music encouraged me to go back to my roots. Now, a few years later, seeing things in perspective, I feel a huge sadness when these songs are very nice to me playing live without me.”
Liv also shared some minor pieces about songwriting and blueprints, but she also mentioned that while she is busy with her solo album, she would soon be working with Tarja, Doro, Tyr’s singer and many fantastic performers alike.
It is now known that Liv is currently the second singer of Midnattsol, which will launch a brand new album in May, and will soon to go to a tour with it, but the elder Espenæs also does not rule out the return of her first band Theatre Of Tragedy – there is no information availabl, but the singer is confident that her plan is successful.
